I have attached the comments. <br />It is hopeful that most of the city councils and staff will still have a chance to review these comments <br />before our November meeting. Based on his comments; it appears that he has been able to integrate most <br />of the comments and additions or address concerns. <br />Today's meeting will be to address any lingering comments from the city and/or the WMO board. <br />
