He shared the Planning <br /> Commission's recommendation of approval. <br /> Motion by Councilmember Riley, seconded by Councilmember Specht, to adopt Resolution#24- <br /> 303, Approving a Conditional Use Permit for Motor Vehicle Repair at 6591 141 st Avenue NW. <br /> Further discussion: <br /> Councilmember Musgrove said she is glad to see this business moving into the area.
