NOW THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, <br /> ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> 1) The City Council hereby authorizes final payment to Asphalt Surface Technologies Corp. of Saint <br /> Cloud,Minnesota for Improvement Project#23-04, 167'Avenue Reconstruction in the amount of <br /> $20,028.77. <br /> 2) The City Council hereby accepts the project and authorizes the Mayor and City Administrator to <br /> sign the release form for this payment. <br /> 3) The total amount of this payment is not included in resolutions approving payment of bills for the <br /> date of November 26, 2024. <br /> 4) That the City of Ramsey Finance Department will be provided a signed copy of this resolution. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> ,and upon vote being taken thereon,the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> and the following voted against the same: <br /> and the following abstained: <br /> and the following were absent: <br /> Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 26' <br /> day of November, 2024. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Resolution #24-245 <br /> Page 2 of 2 <br />
