WHEREAS,the Senior Engineering Technician has inspected the completed work and recommends <br /> partial payment No. 1 to Douglas-Kerr Underground,LLC of Mora.,Minnesota,for improvement project#25- <br /> 01,Rivers Bend Regional Stormwater Improvements,in the amount of$229,480.21. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> 1) The City Council hereby authorizes partial payment No. 1 to Douglas-Kerr <br /> Underground, LLC of Mora, Minnesota for Improvement Project#25-01, Rivers Bend <br /> Regional Stormwater Improvements in the amount of$229,480.21. <br /> 2) The City Council hereby authorizes the Mayor and City Administrator to sign the <br /> release form for this payment. <br /> 3) The totally amount of this payment is not included in resolutions approving payment <br /> of bills for the date of November 26, 2024. <br /> 4) The City of Ramsey Finance Department will be provided a signed copy of this <br /> resolution. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> and the following voted against the same: <br /> and the following abstained: <br /> and the following were absent: <br /> Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br /> the 26th day of November, 2024. <br /> Resolution#24-319 <br /> Page 2 of 3 <br />
