Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION#24-342 <br /> RESOLUTION ORDERING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR 2025 <br /> NEIGHBORHOOD PAVEMENT OVERLAY IMPROVEMENTS, IMPROVEMENT <br /> PROJECT #25-07 <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey proposes to overlay the pavement on numerous street segments <br /> in 2025 as identified within the 2025—2034 Capital Improvement Plan; and <br /> WHEREAS,pursuant to Ramsey City Council Resolution#24-295, adopted October 22, 2024,the <br /> City Council accepted and awarded the proposal to Hakanson Anderson for topographic survey of the <br /> project area in the amount of$5,900.00; and <br /> WHEREAS,City Staff has the capacity to prepare plans and specifications for 2025 Neighborhood <br /> Pavement Overlay Improvements, Improvement Project#25-07. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: <br /> 1) The Ramsey City Council hereby orders the City Engineer to prepare plans and specifications for <br /> 2025 Neighborhood Pavement Overlay Improvements, Improvement Project#25-07. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> and the following voted against the same: <br /> and the following abstained: <br /> and the following were absent: <br /> Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 26' <br /> day of November,2024. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br />
