27.1 This AGREEMENT shall be effective as of the day of signing and shall remain in <br /> full force and effect through December 31,20262024 unless changed or terminated <br /> in the manner provided by this ARTICLE. <br /> 27.2 Either party desiring to change or terminate this AGREEMENT must notify the <br /> other in writing at least sixty(60)calendar days prior to the date specified in Section <br /> 27.1 of this ARTICLE. Whenever notice is given for changes, the nature of the <br /> changes desired must be specified in the notice. Until a satisfactory conclusion is <br /> reached concerning such changes, the original provisions of this AGREEMENT <br /> shall remain in full force and effect.
