BOARD of COMMISSIONERS V■ Subdivision 1. The governing body of the Commission shall be its Board. Each.member shall be entitled to appoint one representative on the board,and one alternate who may sit when the representative is not in attendance and said representative or alternate representative shall be called a "Commissioner". Subdivision 2. The council of each member shall determine the eligibility or qualification f of its representative on the Commission and the terms of each Commissioner shall be as established by each individual member. Subdivision 3. The term of each Commissioner and Alternate Commissioner appointed by each member shall be as determined by each individual member and until their successors are selected and qualify.
