<br />Residual ash and unburned stumpage may be buried on the site at the approval of the . <br />CITY. Chipped material may be applied and utilized on site to mitigate root damage <br />from grade changes or used in the right-of-way for erosion control and top soil <br />restoration. <br /> <br />SECTION VI <br />GENERAL <br /> <br />22. Mailbox Locations. The DEVELOPER herein agrees to cluster the mailboxes where <br />possible; placement of mailboxes along public streets is subj ect to the approval of the CITY. <br />Utility locates will be necessary. <br /> <br />23. Wethllld Buffer Monuments. The DEVELOPER herein agrees to install monuments along <br />the entire edge of wetland buffers within the following lots: _ <br /> <br />. Lots 5-14 Block 1 <br />. Lots 6-24 Block 2 <br />. Lots 1-5 Block 5 <br />. Lots 1-3 Block 6 <br /> <br />as shown on the final plat plans prepared by Passe Engineering and dated January 25, 2006, . <br />revision dated June 21, 2006, and revision dated . One monument is required <br />per lot, with the exception of Lots 6, 7, 10, & 11 Block 1 and Lots 21 & 23 Block 2, which <br />each require 2 monuments due to the varying contours of the buffer, and Lot 12 Block 1 <br />which requires 4 monuments due to both the length and varying contours of the buffer. The <br />cost of the monuments will be collected as a part of the Stage II Improvements associated <br />with the Plat and will be provided by the CITY, but the DEVELOPER shall be responsible <br />for proper installation. <br /> <br />24. Boulevard and Area Restoration. The DEVELOPER shall be responsible for the cost of <br />establishing seed in all boulevards within thirty (30) days of the completion of the street <br />improvements, and restoring all other areas disturbed by the development grading operation <br />in accordance with the approved Grading and Erosion Control plan. The DEVELOPER <br />shall also be responsible for the cost of cleaning any soil, earth or debris from the wetlands <br />within and adjacent to this Plat resulting from grading performed in the development of the <br />land. <br /> <br />25. Construction Site Maintenance. The DEVELOPER shall adhere to all City ordinances <br />relating to, but not limited to, dumping of garbage; .site development, construction debris, <br />open burning, etc. Construction and DeliveryHours are restricted to 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM,. <br />Monday through Saturday.
