WHEREAS, on June 14, 2005, the City Council adopted Resolution #05-06-170 authorizing release of the EA W; and WHEREAS, on August 8, 2005, the Ramsey Planning Commission conducted a public hearing regarding the proposed prelimina!y plat for Sweet Bay Ridge and recommended approval with certain conditions, including thai application for final plat approval would not be considered by the City until MPCA had issued the Certificate of Completion for the site clean-up; and WHEREAS, on June 13,2006, at the Developer's request the City Council modified the preliminary plat contingency to allow for submittal of the application for final plat approval noting that said approval would be contingent upon receipt of the MPCA Certificate of Completion; WHEREAS, on June _, 2006, the City received an application for final plat approval of Sweetbay Ridge. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITy'COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval to Sweetbay Ridge in accordance with relevant City Codes contingent upon the following: . compliance with the City Staff Review Letter dated July 21,2006; and . receipt of MPCA Certificate of Completion prior to the City releasing the final plat maylars for Recording at Anoka County. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember - , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon. said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this _ day of , 2006.
