<br />. <br /> <br />Case # ~ <br /> <br />AUTHORIZE EXECUTION OF EXCLUSIVE NEGOTIATION AGREEMENT WITH <br />ROBERT MUIR COMPANY (RCM-MINNESOT A CORPORATION) <br />FOR RAMSEY CROSSINGS <br />By: James E. Norman, City Administrator <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey authorized Request for Proposals in March of this year to develop an area <br />adjacent to the Ramsey Town Center for purposes of commercial, retail, and office opportunities. <br />The project has been referred to as the Ramsey Crossings project. The city received three <br />proposals in May, interViews were conducted and a selection was made of Robert Muir <br />Company, RCM-MinnesotaCorporation during the Council meeting of June 13, 2006. Staff, <br />consultants, and the City Attorney were directed to prepare and Exclusive Negotiation <br />Agreement with RCM which would layout the parameters and outline the schedule for the <br />completion of a Development Agreement for the project. Staff and attorneys have completed the <br />Exclusive Negotiation Agreement and is now ready for Council consideration (attached). <br /> <br />Council Action: <br /> <br />Motion to authorize Exclusive Negotiation Agreement with Robert Muir Company (RCM- <br />. .
