<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />9.20.12 <br /> <br />R-2 Residential District <br /> <br />Subdivision 1. Intent. The intent of this district is to accommodate <br />multiple dwellings at a density of three (3) to seven (7) dwelling units per acre and <br />multiple dwelling complexes within the 2002 MUSA. All lots created by subdivision <br />located within the 2020 MUSA shall be serviced by sanitary sewer and municipal water. <br /> <br />Subd.2. <br /> <br />Permitted Uses' <br /> <br />a. Multiple dwelling structures which include duplexes, twinhomes, <br />townhomes, and apartment buildings, containing no more than 10 <br />units. <br /> <br />\ <br /> <br />b. Detachedtownhomes. including villas or cottage homes <br /> <br />b. Agriculture, excluding the raising of livestock, poultry, and fowl <br />within the MUSA boundary unless compliance with Ramsey City <br />Code Chapter 5 (Animals and Fowl) can be maintained. <br /> <br />c. State licensed group homes in accordance with State Statute. <br /> <br />d. Licensed home daycares in accordance with State Statute. <br /> <br />e. Home occupations as permitted by City Code Section 9.11.04. <br /> <br />f. Accessory Uses as permitted by City Code Section 9.11.02. <br /> <br />Subd.3. <br /> <br />Uses Permitted by Conditional Use Permit. <br /> <br />a. Religious Institutions. <br />b.
