The homeowners' association is responsible for <br />enforcing any covenants, conditions, and restrictions that apply to the property. <br /> <br />II. 9.20.12 <br /> <br />R-2 Residential District, as be amended as follows: <br /> <br />Subdivision 1. Intent. The intent of this district is to accommodate <br />multiple dwellings at a density of three (3) to seven (7) dwelling units per acre and multiple <br />dwelling complexes within the 2002 MUSA. All lots created by subdivision located within the <br />2020MUSA shall be serviced by sanitary sewer and municipal water. <br /> <br />Subd. 2. <br /> <br />Permitted Uses <br /> <br />a. Multiple dwelling structures which include duplexes, twinhomes, <br />townhomes, and apartment buildings, containing no more than 10 units. <br /> <br />Detached townhomes, including villas or cottage homes <br /> <br />Agriculture, excluding the raising of livestock, poultry, and fowl within the <br />MUSA boundary unless compliance with Ramsey City Code Chapter 5 <br />(Animals and Fowl) can be maintaine.d. <br /> <br />State licensed group homes in accordance with State Statute. <br /> <br />Licensed home daycares in accordance with State Statute. <br /> <br />Home occupations as permitted by City Code Section 9.11.04. <br /> <br />Accessory Uses as permitted by City Code Section 9.11.02. <br /> <br />Subd. 3. <br /> <br />Uses Permitted by Conditional Use Permit. <br /> <br />a. Religious Institutions. <br />b. Private Dog Kennels. <br />c.
