<br />The consensus of the Council was to implement the following format in relation to the issue of <br />communication: <br />. Continue with the new process of meetings between the Community Development <br />Director and the Chair of the Planning Commission. <br />. Continue with the new process of the staff update on the agenda of the Planning <br />Commission meeting in reference to cases the Council has taken action on. <br />. Begin the process of a monthly update to be included in the Commission packet <br />providing a brief overview on Council decisions. Community Development Director <br />Trudgeon can provide further information upon inquiry by the Commission <br /> <br />The consensus of the Council was to implement the following format in relation to providing the <br />Commission with a clearer vision: <br />. Direct staff to compile information from documents drafted by the Council relating to the <br />vision for the City, such as from the strategic planning points and the fiscal impact <br />analysis. <br />. Schedule a joint meeting when it is appropriate after the Council has reviewed the vision <br />document drafted by staff. <br /> <br />MAYOR, COUNCIL AND STAFF INPUT <br /> <br />Community Development Director Trudgeon reported the following: <br /> <br />. A special Planning Commission meeting has been scheduled for Monday, April 24, 2006, <br />to consider a preliminary plat approval request by Shade Tree Creek. Staff will be <br />recommending denial based on the location of the lots. <br />. Staff is attempting to confirm that Skyline Pointe, which is located across from City Hall, <br />has entered into a purchase agreement with a fourth property.
