<br />Councilmember Jeffrey introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #06-05-150 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION UPHOLDING THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT'S DECISION <br />DENYING THE VARIANCE TO MAXIMUM CUL-DE-SAC LENGTH IN THE <br />PROPOSED PLAT OF WILD OAKS OF RAMSEY AND DECLARING TERMS OF THE <br />SAME. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ron Tallman (Permittee) has properly applied for a variance from the <br />maximum cul-de-sac length prescribed in Section 9.50.30, Subd. 4(g) on the property generally <br />located south of 173rd Avenue and southeast of Puma Street and legally described as follows: <br /> <br />The west half of the northwest quarter of the northeast quarter of Section 8, Township 32, Range <br />25, According to the U.S. Government Survey, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />AND <br /> <br />The north 447.60 feet of the east 526.00 feet, as measured along the east and north lines, <br />respectively, of the northeast quarter of the northwest quarter of section 8, Township 32, Range <br />25, according to the U.S. Government Survey, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />AND <br /> <br />Thatpart of the east 542.00 feet, as measured parallel with the north line of said northeast quarter <br />of the northwest quarter, lying south of the north 447.60 feet, as measured along the east line of <br />said northeast quarter of the northwest quarter, Section 8, Township 32, Range 25, According to <br />the U.S. Government Survey, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Board of Adjustment met on May 4, 2006, conducted the public hearing <br />and adopted findings of fact relating to the request for a variance from the maximum cul-de-sac <br />length requirements on the Subject Property. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows <br /> <br />Based on Findings of Fact #0763, an appeal to the Board of Adjustment's Decision to deny the <br />variance to the 600-foot cul-de-sac length, as established in Section 9.50.30, Subd. 4(g) of the <br />Ramsey City Code is hereby upheld for the Subject Property. <br />
