<br />11. That the proposed tower will be located at least 195 feet from any property line. <br /> <br />12. That the Tower base and equipment building will be completely enclosed with cyclone <br />fencing, which, for security purposes, will also include barbed-wire around the top of the <br />fence that is at least six (6) feet above ground level. <br /> <br />13. That the Applicant has stated that there will be no personnel stationed at the site and the <br />base of the Tower will be encompassed by a security fence to prevent unauthorized entry. <br /> <br />14. That the Applicant has stated that access to the Subject Property will be from a gravel <br />driveway and that no parking will be required because site visits will be infrequent and of <br />limited duration. <br /> <br />15. That City Code states that no new tower shall be approved unless the City Council finds <br />that the equipment planned for the proposed tower cannot be accommodated on an <br />existing or approved tower or building within a I-mile radius of the proposed tower for <br />various reasons including insufficient height to reasonably function. <br /> <br />16. That the Applicant has stated that there are no existing buildings or structures in the 1- <br />mile search area of a sufficient height to accommodate the proposed equipment and <br />provide a strong, seamless signal. <br /> <br />17. That City Code requires newly constructed towers to accommodate at least two additional <br />users; the Applicant has stated that the Tower design would permit at least two additional <br />users. <br /> <br />18. That the proposed use will not substantially impair the use or market value of surrounding <br />properties. <br /> <br />19. That the proposed use will not be unduly dangerous or otherwise detrimental to persons <br />working in the vicinity of the use, or to the public welfare. <br /> <br />20. That the proposed use will not be hazardous or disturbing to existing or future <br />neighboring uses. <br /> <br />21. That the proposed use will not be served adequately by essential public facilities and <br />servIces. <br /> <br />22. That the proposed use will not create excessive additional requirements at public cost for <br />public facilities and services and will not be detrimental to the economic welfare of the <br />community. <br /> <br />23.
