Cbuncilmember Cbx stated that he has heard fran certain <br />people that they do not like the discrepmcy between what the Ci ty is. ctlarged <br />and what private developers are ctlarged; that the fee rate used, whatever it <br />hawens to be, should apply to both the City and developers. Cbunci1member <br />Reimann stated that the Personnel CarIni ttee discussed this issue and the reason <br />the City 1s being dlarged less 1s because there are long range benefits <br />associated wi th Ci ty work that make up for the disoounted fee. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
