Community Development Director <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />In July 1987. the City Council directed Staff to prepare a modification of the <br />boundaries of Development District No. 1 to include property on the south side <br />of U. S. Highway #10, east of Mississippi West Park and property east of <br />Sunfish Lake, northeast of the Hunter's Hill subdivision and west of Ramsey <br />Terrace Pond.
