<br />Councilmember <br />adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its <br /> <br />RESCLUTION t88-XX <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the assessments for City of Ramsey assessment Roll number 1422 <br />against PIN 25-32-25-34-0100 were paid in full at the City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the payment was credited to PIN 25-32-25-34-0100; and <br /> <br />~, the assessment against PIN 25-32-25-34-0100 should be removed. <br /> <br />NClV THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA <br />CXXJNrY, STATE OF MINNESarA, as follcrws: <br /> <br />That the assessment against 25-32-25-34-0100 for taxes payable in 1988 for <br />$1,469.64 and for all future years payable be abated. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilrnernber _________ and upon vote being taken thereon the following voted <br />in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the fOllONing voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />and the follONing abstained: <br /> <br />24 <br />
