<br />10 Minutes <br /> <br />CASE 11: <br /> <br />BURL:ncroo NCRIHERN RAII.RQ.2\D REALIGIM:Nl' <br />By: Dave Hartley, City Administrator <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />At the Council's last regular meeting Staff was directed to prepare a list of <br />affected property owners if the Burlington Northern Railroad were to be <br />realigned in accordance with the Council's proposed plan. Council indicated <br />that after reviewing the list of property owners at its April 12, 1988 meeting <br />that an informational meeting with those property owners would be scheduled for <br />the future. <br /> <br />Enclosed for your information is a list of these property owners. <br /> <br />Reconmendation: <br /> <br />Council action will be to review the property owner list, set a date for the <br />informational meeting, and discuss the agenda for that meeting. <br /> <br />Review Checklist: <br /> <br />Administrator -X- <br />Attorney <br />Engineer -X- <br />Community Development Director <br /> <br />Chief of Police <br />Finance Of::icer <br />Public Works Superintendent <br />Other <br /> <br /> <br />2'-' <br />
