JOO RAMInSEK <br />By: Anne Norris, CamIlmity Developnent Director <br /> <br />BackgrolUld: <br /> <br />Mr. Jon Rambosek is requesting preliminary plat approval of his proposed <br />resubdivision of Lots 1 and 2 and the northern pJrtion of Lot 4, Vol tin's Oak <br />Hill Estates. The proposed plat consists of six single family residential <br />lots, each at least 2.5 acres in size. <br /> <br />Mr. Rarnbosek is proposing to construct the extension of Wolfram street N. W. to <br />the ColUlty ditch to provide access to the lots in Block 1 and 20f his proposed <br />plat. Wolfram Street N. W. will be extended south of the County ditch by Mr. <br />David Schulte in his proposed plat of Oakv.'Ood Hills. Access to the lots in <br />Block 3 will be provided by the existing cul-de-sac on Uranium Street N. W. <br /> <br />Enclosed are the fOllCMing i temsfor your information: <br /> <br />a) Site location map <br />b) Proposed preliminary plat <br />c) Letter fram Anoka ColUlty Engineer's office dated February 23, 1988 <br />d) Letter fram City Engineer Raatikka dated March 1, 1988 <br />e) Letter from Mr. John Stine, DNR, dated March 21, 1988 <br /> <br />Cbservations: <br /> <br />The Planning and Zoning Commission conducted a public hearing on this <br />preliminary plat on March 1, 1988. en April 5, 1988 the Corranission recormnended <br />approval of the plat, provided either Lot 2, Block 1 is filled to create a <br />buildable lot or is combined with Lot 1, Block 1, and the plat may only proceed <br />if the plat of Oakwood Hills is approved. <br /> <br /> <br />The Park and Recreation Corranission has reviewed the plat ana has tentatively <br />recoImneIlded aCXJUiring land parallel to the drainage ditch for a future trail. <br />'ll1e Corranission will be making its final reconunendation on April 7, 1988.
