RCGER HUm <br />By: Anne Norris, CammmityDevelopnent Director <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Mr. Roger Hurd is requesting a conditional use permit to operate a vehicles <br />sales lot at 7205 Hwy. no N.W. This prorerty is located in the I-I Industrial <br />District. Vehicle sales is not a permitted use in this district. Mr. Hurd <br />currently owns and operates the West Hain Auto business at 434 l-vest Main in <br />Anoka. <br /> <br />Mr. Hurd plans to do exterior repairs to the residential structure existing on <br />the site and use it for an office for the business. Hurd IS <br />request as: 1) the request is not consistent with the existing zoning or with <br />the intent of the Comprehensive Plan for that parcel and 2) the Conunission had <br />concerns regarding safe access to the parcel. <br /> <br />Reconinendation: <br /> <br />Council Action: <br /> <br />Motion to: <br />Adopt Findings of Fact #01__ relating to Mr. Hurd's request for a <br />conditional use permit. <br /> <br />-and- <br /> <br />Hotion to: <br />~.pprove/deny ~J.r.
