TO WE NOO'lH FORlY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Richard Sybrant, hereinafter referred to as "Developer," <br />has prop:rly applied for plat approval of the follCYvr'ing described property <br />located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br />The Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 16, TCYvr'nship <br />32, Range 25, Anoka County, ~J.nnesota. <br /> <br />which plat is known as THE NOR'IH FORTY, hereinafter known as "plat,"; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission, pursuant to <br />Chapter 170.03 of the Ramsey City Code, held a public hearing on the <br />proposed plat on ~~rch 1, 1988, which hearing was duly published in the <br />City's legal newspap:r and written notice of the hearing was given pursuant <br />to law; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission at a special <br />meeting on March 3, 1988 recommended that the City Council grant <br />preliminary plat appproval of the plat; and <br /> <br />hTHEREAS,the Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission reviewed the <br />proposed plat on April 7, 1988 and recornrrended that the Ci ty acqui re cash <br />and land along the western boundary of the plat for a future recreational <br />trail corridor; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the Planning Commission's publ ic <br />hearing and meeting minutes and Park and Recreation Commission's meeting <br />minutes, which minutes are incorporatea as if fully set forth herein; and <br /> <br />WEEREAS, at a regular meeting on April 26, 1988, the Ramsey City <br />Council granted prel iminary plat approval of the plat as recorrunended by the <br />Planning Commi.ssion, contingent l.."pC>n Hr. Sybra"1t providing a second access <br />to the plat. <br /> <br />~ THEREFORE, BE rr RFSCLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAJvI',sEY, <br />ANOKA ~"'TY, STATE OF MINNESOrA, as follCYvr's: <br /> <br />1. That final approval of the plat of THE NORTH FORTY is hereby <br />granted contingent l..~n l1r. Sybrant providing proof of rrarketable title for <br />the prop2rty to the City. <br /> <br />2. That 1-lr. Sybrant execute a developnent agreement "'7ith the City <br />outlining the conditions for developnent of 'lEE No..'lIDl FORrY. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resoltt-tion was duly seconaed <br />by Councilmerr~er and upon vote being taken thereon, the <br />following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the follc:\dng voted against the same: <br /> <br />/26 <br />
