SECTION 3. AMENDMENT section ~~0.22 entitled General Provisions is hereby added to the city Code, which section provides as follo~s: ~~0.22 GL~ PROVISIONS ~~0.22~ Drinking on a street It shall be unlawful for any person to drink intoxicating or non-intoxicating liquor upon or ~ithin any premises not licensed for the sale or consumption of liquor pursuant to ci ty Code, except wi thin the person I s private property or with permission of the owner of such premises. ~~0.222 Urinating in Public Any pe:rson who urinates in a public place is guilty of a petty misdemeanor. "Public place" shall include any street, parking lot, side~alk, mall, boulevard, park or other place open to public view, but shall not include enclosures designed for use as a toilet or restroom. ~~0.223 Trespassing on Public School property No pe:rson shall trespass in or upon any public school building or school property by remaining in or upon said school premises after being ordered to leave said building or property by a school official or police officer. SECTION 4. REPEAL The "curfe~" existing Ramsey city is hereby repealed. code section 110.11 entitled SECTION 5. PENALTY Any person violating any provision of this ordinance is guilty of a petty misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be punished by a fine of not more than $100.00. 4 137
