<br />councilmember <br />moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ~88-____ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PAY FOR BERGMAN COMPANIES, INC. (SERVICE <br />PROJECT 88-3 PAVEMENT CRACK FILLING) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the city Council of the city of Ramsey approved this <br />project on April 26, 1988; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the city Council of the city of Ramsey adopted <br />Resolution #88- awarding the bid to Bergman companies, Inc. for <br />the improvement of Pavement Crack Filling. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City Engineer Pete Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson <br />Associates, Inc. recommended final payment to Bergman Companies, Inc. <br />in the amount of $12,902.35. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the city council hereby authorizes final payment to <br />Bergman companies, Inc. for the improvement of Pavement Crack Filling <br />in the amount of $12,902.35. <br /> <br />2) That the city Council hereby authorizes the Mayor or city <br />Administrator to sign the release form for this final payment. <br /> <br />3) That the total amount of this final payment is not included <br />in Resolution #88-____ approving payment of the bills for the month of <br />June, 1988. <br /> <br />4) That the City of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a <br />signed copy of this resolution. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absen~: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the <br />Ramsey City Council this the 28th day of June, 1988. <br /> <br />Resolution #88-____ <br /> <br />~ <br />
