<br />councilmember <br />moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ~88- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PAY ESTIMATE FOR FOREST LAKE CONTRACTING, <br />INC. (PROJECT #87-20 167TH AVENUE N.W. BETWEEN COUNTY ROAD 5 AND <br />JASPAR STREET N.W.) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey approved <br />this project on June 23, 1987; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted <br />Resolution #87-218 awarding the bid to Forest Lake Contracting, Inc. <br />for the improvement of 167th Avenue N.W. between County Road #5 and <br />Jaspar Street N.W. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City Engineer Pete Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson, <br />Inc. recommended final payment to Forest Lake contracting in the <br />amount of $5,952.03. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the City Council hereby authorizes final payment to <br />Forest Lake Contracting for the improvement of 167th Avenue N.W. <br />between County Road #5 and Jaspar Street N.W. in the amount of <br />$5,952.03. <br /> <br />2) That the City Council hereby authorizes the Mayor or <br />City Administrator to sign the release form for this final payment. <br /> <br />3) That the total amount of this final payment is not <br />included in Resolution #88-____ approving payment of the bills for the <br />month of June, 1988. <br /> <br />4) That the City of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a <br />signed copy of this resolution. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the <br />Ramsey City Council this the 28th day of June, 1988. <br /> <br />Resolution #88- <br /> <br />3/ <br />
