<br />Councilmember <br />moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />RESO~UTION ~88-____ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PARTIA~ ?AY FOR S.J. LOUIS CONSTRUCTION (PROJECT <br />#87-19 EXTENSION OF SEWER ~,~ HATER TO INDUSTRIAL AREA) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the city Counc~: of the City of Ramsey approved this <br />project on April 14, 1987; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Cour.ci: of the city of Ramsey adopted <br />Resolution #87-136 awarding ~~e bid to S.J. Louis Construction for the <br />extension of sewer and wate~ ~o the Industrial Area; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, city Enginee~ ?ete Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson <br />Associates, Inc., recommencec partial payment to 5.J. Louis <br />Construction in the amount 0: $114,736.25. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL\'~~ BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STAT~ C: MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the City Cou~c~: hereby authorizes partial payment to <br />S~J. Louis Construction for ~~e extension of sewer and water to the <br />Industrial Area in the amo~~~ of $114,736.25. <br /> <br />2) That the city Cou~c~~ hereby authorizes the Mayor or City <br />Administrator to sign the re:ease form for this partial payment. <br /> <br />3) That the total amc~~~ of this partial payment is not included <br />in Resolution #88-____ app~ov~ng payment of the bills for the month of <br />June, 1988. <br /> <br />4) That the City of ~~=sey Finance Department be provided a <br />signed copy of this resolu~~c~. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption c: the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted ~n favor ~hereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted aga:~5~ the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were abse~~: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution ~~s declared duly passed and adopted by the <br />Ramsey City Council this t~e 28th day of June, 1988. <br /> <br />Reso:ution #88- <br /> <br />~ <br />
