Labat read into the recorc3 a letter he received frall a p-amsey resident <br />expressing support of Atlas' pro1;X)sal. <br /> <br />Ci ty Attorney Gocx5.rich inguireC1 as to who ",'rote the letter. <br /> <br />Mr. Labat stated that he did not get prior permission to divulge the <br />resident's name. <br /> <br />Kay HcCulley - 14431 Wolfram - Stated that she wrote the letter in support <br />of Atlas' request. Ms. McCulley stated that she attended the informational <br />meeting conducted by Atlas at the AVTI and also discussed the issue with <br />Commissioner Haas Steffen. PiS.
