NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANCRA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of <br />Ramsey will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, April 12, 1988, at <br />7:30 p.m. at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard <br />N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota. <br />The purpose of the hearing is to consider the adoption of a <br />modifed Development Program for Development District No. 1 and a <br />modified Tax Increment Financing Plan for Tax Increment Financing <br />District No. 1. The modified Program and Plan will authorize the <br />expenditure of additional tax increment funds for land <br />acquisition and site improvements. Details of the proposed <br />modifications are contained in the Program and Plan, copies of <br />which are available for public inspection at the Ramsey Municipal <br />Center during normal business hours. <br />All interested persons are invited to attend the hearing and <br />comment on the proposed modifications. <br />Written comments are welcome and shall be addressed to the <br />Ramsey City Council, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, <br />Minnesota 55303.
