IRV CARR <br />By: Community Development Director Anne Norris <br />Background: <br />Mr. Iry Carr is requesting sketch plan review of his proposed plat of Carr <br />Addition. The plat consists of 160 acres located west of Autumn Heights. <br />Mr. Carr is proposing to construct 167th Lane N.W. and 169th Avenue N.W. to <br />provide access to the plat.
