CASE #12: <br />REQUEST FOR SITE PLAN REVIEW; CASE OF NORTH STAR ENGIN <br />By: Community Development Director Anne Norris <br />Background: <br />North Star Engineering is requesting site plan review of their proposed <br />Amoco convenience center to be located at 142nd Avenue N.W. and State Hwy. <br />#47. The convenience center includes a 1,030 square foot convenience store <br />and a 743 square foot car wash. Both structures will be constructed with <br />brick -faced block. <br />In addition, a canopy is proposed for the gas pump areas. Access to the <br />site is proposed from Hwy. #47 and from 142nd Avenue N.W.
