ON M <br />Cn April , 1988, site approval was granted by the City of Ramsey to Anoka <br />Sports Center to construct a retail structure and storage structure on the <br />property generally known as 138th Avenue N.W. and legally described as <br />follows: <br />Lot 1, Block 1, RIVERSIDE WEST, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br />This approval is issued pursuant to Section 170.017L of the Ramsey City <br />Code. The conditions of this approval are as follows: <br />1. The structures shall be constructed as shown on the plan submitted to <br />and approved by the City's Building Department. No construction of any <br />of the structures shall commence without proper approval and permitting <br />by the City Building Official. <br />2. The structures shall be finished in accordance with the plans <br />submitted. <br />3. The site shall be landscaped in accordance with the landscaping plans <br />submitted to and approved by the City Engineer. <br />4. At least forty two off - street parkin spaces shall be provided as <br />specified in Section 170.017 of the Ramsey City Code. <br />5. Off - street parking shall be surfaced with blacktop or concrete. Such <br />surfacing must be completed by . An escrow shall be <br />required to guarantee the completion of this surfacing. The escrow <br />amount required shall be based on 150% of the City Engineer's estimate <br />of the cost to complete the improvement. <br />6. Accesses to the subject property shall be in accordance with <br />specifications of the City Engineer. <br />7. All lighting of the proposed structures shall be positioned so that <br />little or no light will be deflected into public streets or adjacent <br />properties. <br />8. All containers for refuse shall be contained within a screened area. <br />9. All driving surfaces and entrance ways shall be surfaced with blacktop <br />or concrete. Such surfacing must be complete by An escrow <br />shall be required to guarantee the completion of this surfacing.
