CASE #5: <br />REQUEST FOR METES AND BCUADS SUBDIVISION; <br />CASE OF MR. HARLEY GORDON <br />By: Community Development Director Anne Norris <br />Background: <br />Mr. Gordon is requesting a metes and bounds subdivision of his 39 acre <br />parcel and 1 acre parcel located west of County Road No. 83 and south of <br />County Road No. 22. Mr. Gordon's house is currently located on the 1 acre <br />parcel. Mr. Gordon is proposing to combine the 1 acre parcel with the 39 <br />acre parcel so that he may subdivide the 40 acre parcel into two 20 acre <br />parcels. <br />For your information, the following items are enclosed: <br />a) Site location map <br />b) Existing property <br />c) Previous meeting minutes relating to Mr. Gordon's request <br />Observations: <br />Mr. Gordon appeared before the Commission in March to request a metes and <br />bounds subdivision of his property into four ten acre parcels.
