NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARIM <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br />Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission of the City of Ramsey will hold a public hearing on <br />Tuesday, April 5, 1988, at 7:30 p.m. at the Ramsey Municipal <br />Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota. <br />The purpose of the hearing is to consider a request by Mr. <br />David Hauan for a conditional use permit to construct and operate <br />a recreational center to include a roller rink, bumper boats, <br />go -cart track and miniature golf and to construct an advertising <br />sign on the property at 14622 Ferret Street N.W. legally <br />described as follows: <br />Lot 2, Block 1, HY -10 Ramsey, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br />All interested persons.are invited to attend the hearing and <br />comment on the conditional use permit request. <br />Written comments are welcome and shall be addressed to the <br />Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard <br />N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota 55303.
