PR POSED CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />MR. DAVID HAUAN <br />on 1988, a conditional use permit was issued to Mr. David <br />Hauan to construct and operate a recreational center and to construct an <br />advertising sign in the I -1 Industrial District on the property generally <br />known as 14622 Ferret Street N.W. and legally described as follows: <br />Lot 2, Block 1, HY -10 Ramsey, Anoka County Minnesota <br />This permit was issued pursuant to Sections 170.013D and 170.05 of the <br />Ramsey City Code. This conditional use permit is perpetual in its <br />duration so long as the conditions imposed herein are complied with. The <br />conditions of this permit are as follows: <br />1. The advertising sign shall not exceed 160 square feet and shall be <br />constructed in accordance with specifications of the City Building <br />Off icial . <br />2. The advertising shall not be constructed until such time as a sign <br />permit has been issued by the Building Official. <br />3. Any structures for the recreational center must go through the site <br />plan review process. No construction of these buildings shall commence <br />prior to the issuance of appropriate building permits by the Building <br />Official. <br />4. A total of _ off- street parking spaces shall be provided. These <br />parking spaces shall be surfaced with concrete or bituminous. Such <br />surfacing shall be completed by . <br />5. <br />6. <br />7. <br />Mr. David Hauan hereby acknowledges receipt of this conditional use permit <br />and that he has reviewed the conditions of this permit and has agreed that <br />he will cause compliance with the terms of this permit. <br />MR.
