JACK MILLER <br />By: Connnunity Developnent Director Anne Norris <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />As you recall, Mr.. Dick Knutson requested preliminary plat approval of <br />Juniper Woods.. This plat is the proposed subdivision of Outlot B, Rum <br />Acres Estates. The proIX>sed plat consists of 75 single family residential <br />lots. Mr. Knutson has petitioned the City to extend sanitary sewer and <br />municipal water to serve these lots. <br /> <br />At its April 5 meeting, the Corranission conducted a public hearing on Mr. <br />Knutson's re;quest. en April 12, the Cormnission tabled action on the plat <br />and requested information from the City Engineer regarding the impact of <br />extending utilities on adjacent pro~rties.
