<br />CASE #14: <br /> <br />INFORMATION ITEMS <br /> <br />1) At its meeting on May 10, 1988, the City Council took the following <br />action: <br /> <br />a) Approved a request by Cross of Hope Lutheran Church for a <br />conditional use fermit to expand the existing church facility; and <br /> <br />b) Approved a request by Mr . Michael Baehr for a conditional use <br />permit to operate a welding business from his home - this <br />conditional use permit expires one year fran the date of issuance. <br /> <br />2) At its meeting on ~ay 24, 1988, the City Council took the fOllowing <br />action: <br /> <br />a) Approved an amusement center and billiard tables license requested <br />by James Meyer for The Place #1 at 6021 167th Avenue N.W; <br /> <br />b) Approved Tom Kurak I s request for a metes and bounds subdivision; <br /> <br />c) Denied Mr. Jerry Noller's request for a metes and bounds <br />subdivison; <br /> <br />d) Approved Northern OXygen's proposed site plan; <br />e) Approved David Hauan's proposed site plan; <br /> <br />f) Approved Skelgas' proposed site plan; <br /> <br />g) Approved Mr. Muller's proposed site plan; <br /> <br />h) Tabled action on amending the park dedication requirements to a <br />sfecial meeting with the Park Commission scheduled for June 9, <br />1988; and <br /> <br />i) Referred a proposed amendment to the City's Comprehensive Plan back <br />to the Planning Commission for findings of fact. <br /> <br />\t 41 <br />
