Voting yes: Mayor Gamec, CotIDcilmen Cox, Mickelson, <br />Reimann and Sorteberg. Voting no: None. <br /> <br />PRELIMINARY PLAT/FINAL PLAT APPROVAL: REQUEST 'OFROLAND LooYEN"- <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec stated that Mr. Looyen would have to dedicate Gamet Street <br />to the City and his present residence driveway and the new proposed <br />residence would both have to access onto Garnet Street. The access <br />onto l67thAvenue would have to be deleted. <br /> <br />( <br /> <br />Councilman Cox noted that this plat approval is for the intent of only <br />one additional lot for -a, single family dwelling. <br /> <br />MOtion by Cormcilman Cox and seconded by CotIDcilman Reimann to approve <br />the preliminary and final plat of Roland Looyen Estates provided the <br />City receive easement for right of way and dedication of Garnet Street <br />to. the City and that the upgrading of the road will be waived at this <br />time, however, any additional dwellings that are built or any future <br />subdivision of the land will require that the road be blacktopped to <br />City standards. The platting of Roland Looyen Es.tates will permit <br />one single family dwelling to be built at this time and that both his <br />present dwelling and the new construction are to access on 167th via <br />Garnet Street easement and the City will not be responsible for the <br />maintenance of the Street. Further, all other City Code and engineering <br />requirements, and City attorney approval must be met. <br /> <br />MOtion carried.
