That Nord Motors, hereinafter referred to as "Applicant", has properly <br />applied for a corrlitional use ~rrnit to hold an outdoor wrestling match <br />in the B-1 Business District. <br /> <br />2. That the Applicant ap~ared before the Ramsey Planning and Zoning <br />Commission for a public hearing pursuant to Section 170.013D of the <br />Ramsey City Code on May 3, 1988 and that said public hearing was <br />pro~rly advertised and that the minutes of said publ ic hear ing are <br />hereby incorporated by reference. <br /> <br />3. That the subject pro~rty is generally known as 6140 Highway ION.
