That Nord Motors, hereinafter referred to as "Applicant", has properly applied for a corrlitional use ~rrnit to hold an outdoor wrestling match in the B-1 Business District. 2. That the Applicant ap~ared before the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission for a public hearing pursuant to Section 170.013D of the Ramsey City Code on May 3, 1988 and that said public hearing was pro~rly advertised and that the minutes of said publ ic hear ing are hereby incorporated by reference. 3. That the subject pro~rty is generally known as 6140 Highway ION.
