R<X;ER HURD <br />By: Community Developnent Director Anne Norris <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Mr. Roger Hurd is requesting a conditional use permit to operate a vehicles <br />sales lot fram 7205 Hwy. #10 N.W. This property is located in the I-I <br />Industrial District. Vehicle sales is not a permitted use in this <br />district. Mr. Hurd currently owns and operates the West Main Auto business <br />at 434 West Main in Anoka. <br /> <br />Mr. Hurd plans to do exterior repairs to the residential structure existing <br />on the site and use it for an office for the business.
