<br />J...aI'ICE OF PUBLIC HEARIliG <br /> <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANCKA CXXJNl'Y <br />STATE OF MINNESarA <br /> <br />TO WHCM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> <br />Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission of the City of Ramsey will hold a public hearing on <br />Tuesday, June 7, 1988, at 7:30 p.m. at the Ramsey Municipal <br />Center, 15153 ~'1en Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />The purpose of the hearing is to consider a request by Mr. <br />Roger Hurd for a conditional use permit to operate a vehicle <br />sales lot on the property at 7205 West Highway 10 which property <br />is legally described as follows: <br /> <br />That part of Lot 7, Auditor's Subdivision No. 34, being a <br />part of Section 28, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, <br />Hinnesota, described as follows: <br /> <br />Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Lot 7, thence <br />North 0 degrees, 3 minutes, 28 seconds East along the East <br />line of Lot 7, Auditor's Subdivision No. 34, 367.87 feet to <br />the point of beginning from a line hereinafter referred to <br />as Lint "A"; thence Southwesterly to a point on the <br />Southwesterly line of Lot 7, 111.9 feet Northwesterly as <br />rneasured along the Southwesterly line of said Lot 7 from the <br />point of beginning and to the termination of Line "A"; <br />thence Northwesterly on the Southwesterly line of said Lot <br />7, 658.1 feet; thence North and parallel with the East line <br />of said Lot 7 and to the Northeasterly line of said Lot 7; <br />thence Southeasterly on said Northeasterly line a distance <br />of 350 feet; thence South and parallel with the East line of <br />said Lot 7 and to the Southwesterly line of said Lot 7; <br />thence Southeasterly on said Southwesterly line a distance <br />of 180 feet to the point of beginning of land to be herein <br />described; thence North and parallel with the East line of <br />said Lot 7 and to the Northeasterly line of said Lot 7; <br />thence Southeasterly on said Northeasterly line 107.14 feet; <br />thence South and parallel with the East line of said Lot 7 a <br />distance of 177.43 feet; thence East and parallel with the <br />South line of Section 28, Township 32, Range 25, to the <br />point of intersection with the aforedescribed Line "A"; <br />thence Southwesterly along the aforedescr ibed Line "A" to <br />the Southwesterly line of said Lot 7; thence Northwesterly <br />on the Southwesterly line of said Lot 7 to the point of <br />beginning. <br /> <br />- and - <br /> <br />That part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter <br /> <br />sea <br />
