<br />NOI'ICE OF PUBLIC HEARIN:; <br /> <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA a:xJNl'Y <br />STATE OF MINNESarA <br /> <br />'ID ~'1HCM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> <br />Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission of the City of Ramsey will hold a public hearing on <br />Tuesday, June 7, 1988, at 7:30 p.m. at the Ramsey Municipal <br />Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />The purpose of the hearing is to consider a request by Atlas <br />Incinerators, Inc. for a conditional use permit to construct and <br />operate contract incinerators in the research portion of the <br />oFerations on the pro};erty legally described as follows: <br /> <br />The Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter, Section 27, <br />Township 32, Range 25. Excepting therefrom the four <br />fOllowing described tracts: <br /> <br />1. The part of the East 431.00 feet thereof, as measured at <br />right angles. <br /> <br />2. All that part thereof platted as GATEWAY NORTH <br />INDUSTRIAL PARK PLAT 2. <br /> <br />3. All that part thereof platted as ANOKA COUNTY HIGHWAY <br />RIGHT-OF-WAY PLAT NO.8. <br /> <br />4.
