There is <br />a- resolution that the City has to adopt establishing storm sewer rates <br /> <br />Mr. Lichter stated that he is in favor of rational equation, not in rate of <br />flow from property. <br /> <br />Mr. Schnelle stated that there is really no good way to control it. <br /> <br />Mr. Berg noted that the City is dealing with too much undeveloped property. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec opened the meeting up to questions from the audience. <br /> <br />Brenda Bauerkemper - 162nd Lane NW - requested clarification of "Value of <br />Benefits Received". <br /> <br />Mr. Dunn noted it would be for potential units. <br /> <br />Some discussion ensued regarding potential units and subdivision. <br /> <br />Mr. Renner - 144th Avenue NW - Requested time period of payment for existing <br />subdivision. <br /> <br />Mr. Goodrich replied that Council agreed assessment period would be "for a <br />period as determined by City Council." Maximum would be 20 years. <br /> <br />Lyle McLaughlin- Developers are finding it difficult to amortize for 5 years <br />in a large subdivision and so do the individual residents.
