I believe there are <br />some Ramsey City Ordinances dealing with this problem. Most of the cars have <br />been sitting around for over a year ~ow and are becoming quite an eyesore in <br />the neighborhood. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />The,area I am referring to begins at 173rd (same as Cty. Rd. 63) and Chameleon <br />St1--eet NW and becomes 176th Lane beyond the curve in front- 'of our home at <br />17631 Chameleon. Our neighbors to the west also have a junk car parked on <br />their lot next to our pole ,barn. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />We are considering selling our home and are afraid that our property value <br />may be affected by the eyesores in the area; although, they don't seem to <br />have any affect in ,bringing down our high taxes! <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />We would appreciate you taking some action on this problem as soon as <br />possible. We would also appreciate your not disclosing the origin of the <br />complaint to the property owners involved. If there are any questions, <br />please call us at 441-7651.
