I Councilmember Van Wagner introduced the following resolutiori and moved for":-/---^ its adoption: RESOLUTION #83-25 WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution #83-10 on the 22nd day of February, 1983; and ......" WHEREAS, said Resolution #83-10 relates generally to th;'grant- ing of a conditional use permit to Group W Cable TV for the construction of an antenna for ~icrowave transmissions; and WHEREAS, said Resolution #83-10 does not properly reflect the Council's intention with regard to the fencing requirement. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STA!E ~F MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That~Paragraph.2H be amended to read as follows: 2h)That the structure constructed on the site and the tower be secured by an eight foot fence surrounding the same. _ 2) That the conditional use permit issued to the applicant and the conditional use permit agreement entered into with the applicant, both be amended to reflect this amendment. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Van Wagner, Sorteberg and Reimann and the following voted against the same: None and the following members abstained: Councilmember Schlueter whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 22nd day of March, 1983.
