I Councilmember Reimann introduced the following resolution atid its adoption: I '" RESOLUTION #83-27 = , I RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CITY STREET SUPERINTENDENT TO ACQUIRE PRICE QUOTES FOR DUMP TRUCK AND STEEL DUMP TRUCK BOX, ONE WAY SNOW PLOW AND COMPLETE WING ATTACHMENT AND SANDER '"'.:~-:-;,~. - I WHEREAS, the City Street Superintendent has indicated a need for an additional dump truck and steel dump truck box, one way snow plow and complete wing attachment and sander; and I I WHEREAS, the City Street Superintendent has prepared bid speci- fications for a 2~ ,ton diesel dump truck and alternate specifications for a 2~ ton gas engine prime mover; and I WHEREAS, the City Street Superintendent has prepared bid speci- fications for a steel dump truck box, one way snow plow and complete wing attachment and sander. I '-:I'~ " NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the City Street Superintendent is authorized to acquire price quotes for a 2~ ton diesel dump truck or alternate 2~ ton gas engine prime mover. I 2) That the City Street supreintendent is authorized to acquire price quotes for a steel dump truck box, one way snow plow and complete wing attachment and sander. I I I The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Van Wagner a~d upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor, thereof: Mayor GAmec, Councilmembers Van Wagner, Sorteberg, Schlueter and Reimann and the following voted against the same: None I whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 22nd day of March, 1983.
