The,re were also quite a number of people that called wanting to know what the requirements were for building in Ramsey. As it appears now, I would anticipate a somewhat better year than 1982. The volume of calls on municipal utilities have subsided considerably since the last workshop session on the proposed ordinance. Hopefully the meeting scheduled for the evening of the 19th will help in answering any additional questions the people may have. .The'philosophy of whether to have or have not is a very difficult item to address but it seems to be the question some people want answered. I I I As of this writing, I have had nofurthe~ contact with any of the peti- tioners for utilities and am not aware of any timetables they would hope to accomplish. ~ey are, probably Waiting to see what we're going to do with their request for servi~es and our proposed ordinance.
