Citizens are critical of local council persons but when a <br />city council cannot obtain respect from Metro agencies, there is definitely <br />something wrong. Mr. Cox then stated that he will no longer serve on the <br />Metro Waste Management Board, that he will not meet with those parasites for <br />$25/meeting and further that that group is not doing Ramsey any favors.
