Schnelle and Merle Mevissen <br /> <br />On April 9, 1983, Federal Cartridge will be deeding over property for Central <br />Park. The meeting is at 10:00 A.M. <br /> <br />A motion by Lichter and seconded by Lokker and approved unamiously to request <br />that the City Council set aside Revenue Sharing money for park development was- <br />made. <br /> <br />Mr. Schnelle went over the capital improvement and maintenance budgets for <br />park improvements. The five year capital improvement program was also dis- <br />cus~ed. It was decided to contact RYAA to get their input for a detailed <br />five year capital improvement plan. An approximate figure of $70,000 per year <br />over-the next ten years for park improvements was suggested asa planning <br />figure. <br /> <br />The Chairman requested Mr. Schnelle to ask Mr. Pete Raatikka to <br />on topography work for Central Park. Mr. Mevissen stated he could get CETA <br />people to install equipment this summer. <br /> <br />A motion was made by Hetland and seconded by Johnson to obtain quotes for a <br />small creative play area in Peltzer Park (R2,000 price rang~).
