I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I CI TY OF RAMSEY CONDITlOOAL USE PERMIT AGREEMENT 1his agreement entered into this day of , 1986, between the City of Ramsey, hereinafter referred to as .City,. and Ms. Connie Skarbakka, hereinafter referred to as .Applicant,. in conjunction with the issuance to the Applicant of a oonditional use ~rnlit to operate an accounting business fran her hane at 17811 Gibbon Street N.W. 1he oondi tional use permi t is hereby granted contingent upon the Applicant agreeing to and axnplying with the following ooOOi tions: 1. Adequate off-street puking shall be provided. 2. Exterior displays or signs and exterior indication of the proIX>sed use shall not be permitted except as permitted in Section 170.05 of the Ci ty Code. 3. 1he City of Ramsey reserves the right to inspect the premises at any reasonable time if it receives complains from adjoining property owners. 4. 1he AWlicant shall be the only employee of the proIX>sed use and shall not hi re another employee. 5. 1hat said use shall take place solely within the princiI8l structure. 6. 1his ooOOi tional use peeni t shall awly only to that property legally described as follows: Lot 10, Block 1, Deerwood, Anoka County, Minnesota. 7. 'lhat this oonditional use pemit agreement shall be recorded as part of the AWlicant's deed. Sl1MMARY 'lhe Aw}icant understands and agrees that the condi tional use permit granted herein is subject to review at arrj time and shall be reviewed annually by Ci ty Staff. Any violations of the oondi tions described herein or arrj violation of arrj other City ordinances may be cause for inmediate revocation of this condi tional use permi t.
