<br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />CI TY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />CONDITlOOAL USE PERMIT AGREEMENT <br /> <br />1his agreement entered into this day of , 1986, between <br />the City of Ramsey, hereinafter referred to as .City,. and Ms. Connie <br />Skarbakka, hereinafter referred to as .Applicant,. in conjunction with the <br />issuance to the Applicant of a oonditional use ~rnlit to operate an accounting <br />business fran her hane at 17811 Gibbon Street N.W. <br /> <br />1he oondi tional use permi t is hereby granted contingent upon the Applicant <br />agreeing to and axnplying with the following ooOOi tions: <br /> <br />1. Adequate off-street puking shall be provided. <br /> <br />2. Exterior displays or signs and exterior indication of the proIX>sed use <br />shall not be permitted except as permitted in Section 170.05 of the <br />Ci ty Code. <br /> <br />3. 1he City of Ramsey reserves the right to inspect the premises at any <br />reasonable time if it receives complains from adjoining property <br />owners. <br /> <br />4. 1he AWlicant shall be the only employee of the proIX>sed use and shall <br />not hi re another employee. <br /> <br />5. 1hat said use shall take place solely within the princiI8l structure. <br /> <br />6. 1his ooOOi tional use peeni t shall awly only to that property legally <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 10, Block 1, Deerwood, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />7.
