Adequate off-street puking shall be provided. <br /> <br />2. Adequate water supply and sewage disposal facili ties shall be <br />provided. <br /> <br />3. Exterior displays of signs and exterior inidication of the proposed <br />use shall not be ~rmitted except as permitted in Section 170.05 of <br />the Ci ty Code. <br /> <br />4. 1he City of Ramsey reserves the right to inspect the premises at any <br />reasonable time if it receives complaints from adjoining property <br />owners. <br /> <br />5. 'Jhe Applicant shall be the only enployee of the prop:>sed use and shall <br />not hire another enployee. <br /> <br />6. 'Jhat said use shall take place solely within the principal structure. <br /> <br />7. 'Jhat this oonditional use permit agreanent shall be recorded as part <br />of the Applicant's deed. <br /> <br />8. 1his conditional use permit shall apply only to the property legally <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />'Jhat (Brt of the Southwest Quarter of Section 24, Township 32, Range <br />25, Anoka County, Minnesota described as follows: Beginning at the <br />Northwest corner of Block 1 of Gorhams Addi tion in said County, then <br />northerly on the extended westerly line of said Block 1 for a distance <br />of 100 feet; then eastelry on a line (Brallel with the northerly line <br />of said Block 1 for a distance of 197 feet to the westerly line of <br />State Trunk Highway 47, then southerly on said westerly line of State <br />Trunk Highway 47 for a distance of 100 feet then westerly on the <br />northerly line of said Block a distance of 197 feet to the place of <br />beginning. <br /> <br />-and- <br /> <br />1hat (Brt of the Southwest Quarter of Section 24, Township 32, Range <br />25, Anoka County, Minnesota described as follows: Commencing at the <br />southwesterly corner of Block 1 Gorhams Addi tion in said Anoka County, <br />Minnesota, then southwesterly on the northwesterly line of l52nd <br /> <br />:3/ <br />
